Pay ALL the remainder of my mortgage

Sorry if this has been posted previously.

My 5 yr mortgage term is due to finish at the end of October. I do not have much remaining and would therefore like to pay off all of it. At what point will I be permitted to do this? The day after?

thanks in advance
Miguel

I assume you mean that you have a fix finishing at the end of October, not that your mortgage term does.

If so, you can pay it off any day you like, but the extra Early Repayment Charge is likely to expire on that day and so paying it off the day after will avoid that fee.
