Has anyone had dealings with this company? Like, Ordered a product, and actually received it ?
It has a fantastic range of electrical products, at O-O prices.
I ordered a TV, two weeks ago. Chasing it, I just had a email, he blames the non-delivery on "due to force majeure" I returned that he had better get a hurricane up someones rear end and find the product. (The cargo company IBK-cargo.com or I.B.K Cargo was set up on a Japan site Registrar URL: http://www.onamae.com) I wasn't informed of the shipping company, only after I had paid, and searched for it in the last couple of days.
Should I be on the phone to my credit card company ?

Yes I ordered and paid for washing machine end July … various updates left Munich … in storage area … await call from courier etc , etc then the cargo web site could not be reached .. by now accepted I was never going to get this . Credit Card Company now involved . So don’t don’t don’t ..0

Yes they are a con company no such shipping company also it only updates if you email them I had all the same talk from them I got my money back via credit card thankfully0
