Kensington mortgages

I have just found out this week through a complaint i made with kensington mortgages
that
i have been charged for a cancelled direct debit (i thought that anybody was free to cancell i direct debit at no cost they have charged me nealy 300.00 for a cancelled direct debit
Court fee - 30.00 my account has never been or gone to court and if it did - my understanding was that the loosing party would pay the other party fees .
Solicitor letters - my account never been to solicitors or instructed by my mortgage company
monthy arreas - mamf 50.00 every month when i already had a special arrangement in place with them to spread the cost over the term of my mortgage .
could somebody help me make sense of this please because i cant

I can't comment on the rest of it, but your understanding is wrong on this point. Sometimes all or part of the 'winner's' fees are paid by the 'loser', but not always.connor08 said:

The fees you mention will all be outlined in the paperwork that you signed when you took out your mortgage.
