How is that relevant to the issue of being found working two full-time jobs for two companies that are competitors?

    Here is guidance on SSP:
    https://www.gov.uk/statutory-sick-pay

The extract from the contract you shared reads that there will be nothing more than that.

All this discussion about sickness seems irrelevant to the situation you find yourself in and introducing it to the scenario can only make matters worse.

Please answer the question - are you actually unwell?

I can only imagine that going off sick now for stress / fatigue would be the absolute final nail in your coffin as both employers would have your fait accompli evidence that you cannot handle both jobs and perform well in both (or either) jobs at the same time.

I think you need to take ownership of the situation you are in, which is entirely of your own making and manage that in the least damaging way.  Pursuing alternative paths, or fabricating sickness scenarios, would only seem to be capable of making the situation worse.

mm, dismissal for fraud is an even worse look than dismissal for moonlighting. Depends if you are ever going to need a reference, I guess.
