The Perfume Shop Delivery

I want to ask a question of the forum. Have you chosen next-day delivery with The Perfume Shop chosen address only to find the item is being delivered to your home address which is the billing address? I would think this was an accident on my part only my mother-in-law was also using the same site and chose a different address than the billing address. They like me paid the extra cost only to be notified once they paid that the item was being delivered to their home address. This seems coincidental, and I sent a letter to The Perfume Shop that replies that they were unaware of this issue. I wonder if other forum members had come across this issue. In this instance, we have wasted nearly £10 on postage and I wanted to enquire if anyone else has had this problem. This is only compounded by The Perfume Shop's policy of no cancellations or amendments once the order is placed. Has anyone else placed an order to be delivered to a different address only for it to arrive at their own home address? If I had known this was an issue I would have chosen my own address and free delivery, thus saving money.
