Ellis Brigham is the promoter of this competition, which is run in conjunction with Classic Lodges.

 

About the prize

The dinner, bed and breakfast prize is based on two people sharing a double room for one night at Lakeside Hotel & Spa and includes a three-course dinner and breakfast the following morning.

 

The prize must be booked via the Central Reservations line – 01257 238730, and is valid for six months’ following the competition closing and is subject to availability on selected dates, is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for a cash value.

 

Zone 3 prizes can be selected from items available at Ellis Brigham, up to a maximum value of £200 RRP.

 

*Coached swimming is subject to suppliers availability and weather conditions and is offered by a third party. Zone 3 items are subject to availability.

 

Who is excluded?

Employees (and their immediate family) of Ellis Brigham, Classic Lodges or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter. Ellis Brigham reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid. 

 

How to enter

Entrants can enter the promotion by signing up on ellis-brigham.com/win-a-stay-and-swim-experience between midnight Thursday 20 July and midnight Sunday 17th September. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.  

 

How are winners selected? 

The winner will be selected at random and notified via email or phone on Monday 18th September. The decision of Ellis Brigham is final and binding on all entrants. Unsuccessful entrants will not be notified. 

 

‌In the event a winner does not confirm their acceptance of the prize, Ellis Brigham reserves the right to pick another winner (per the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will waive their rights to the prize. 

 

‌Winners’ Responsibilities  

It is the winner’s responsibility to organise and pay the costs for anything excluded from the prize, including travel to and from Lakeside Hotel & Spa.

 

Ellis Brigham will not be liable to the winner or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants’ consent.
