I would skip Fox and go with the SolarEdge system unless your household usage significantly exceeds ~4000 kWh per annum. Also, unless your EV purchase is imminent, I'd delay the inclusion of the EV charger as new versions are always in the pipeline!- 10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.

Two questions (please)What is the reason for your Fox vs SolarEdge comment?(I'm keen to learn)Is it easy to add an EV charging point retrospectively to any solar installation? Thanks

1) Much better aftersales support and compatibility with the upcoming bi-directional EV charger are my top reasons but there are others like better system efficiency, panel level monitoring and the ability to entirely prevent panel degradation from reducing system generation over time.
2) Yes, just as easy as installing it with your PV only system.- 10 x 400w LG + 6 x 550W SHARP BiFacial Panels + SE 3680 HD Wave Inverter + SE Optimizers. SE London.
