Is Element London - The Prize and Incentive people Legit ?

Hi, can anyone help please i was contact by Element London - The prize and Incentive people saying i won a prize through a competition i entered when using my HSBC VISA card. The competition was related to the FIFA Womens world cup, Has anyone seen any details online as i cant find any. I can recall entering something through the HSBC app but cant quite recall what it was.

Can anyone from MSE confirm if ELEMENT are a genuine prize fulfilment company and also if they work with VISA/HSBC
