Advice about Home Responsibilities Protection Claim

Briefly I filled in the online form as since retiring 5.5 years ago in 2017 my pension is 3 years short of the full state pension. I received a letter today stating from 6 April 1978 to 5 April 1993 I was entitled to HRP. I checked the pension calculator and it now shows I have over 39 full years of NI contributions.
I can't find anything on the website that tells me what happens next, the phone number takes you through a 7 minute menu then tells you it isn't dealing with HSP enquiries by phone.
The letter only offers advice about what to do if the decision is wrong. As the decision is right, in that they have added the qualifying years, Do I just wait for my payment to be corrected?

Did you reach State Pension Age in 2017 or did you stop work in 2017 before reaching SPA? The distinction is very important.Exactly what weekly SP are you currently receiving?Pompeii2 said:I received a letter today stating from 6 April 1978 to 5 April 1993 I was entitled to HRP. It appears that that the OP retired from paid employment at age 60 (2013) and reached SPA in August 2017.
I would hazard a guess that she had been a member of a contracted out DB Pension Scheme at some point during her working life.

From the link above,If you reached State Pension age on or after 6 April 2010
HRP was converted into National Insurance credits, if you needed them, up to a maximum of 22 qualifying years.
Assuming that the conversion was done for the OP, it would appear that at 6/4/16 (inception of NSP), she could have had 39 QY?
If so, her starting amount for NSP would have been the higher of
Old Rules
NIQY/30 (max) x Full Basic SP + (Additional State Pension - "Contracted Out Deduction").
£119.30 + (ASP - "COD")
New Rules
(NIQY/35 (max) x Full NSP) - Contracted Out Pension Equivalent
£155.65 - COPE
If the above is the case, then she is already receiving her full entitlement to SP?
