Help to Buy Equity Loan Redemption

Hi All, I requested a redemption statement from Help to Buy to pay off my equity loan nearly two months ago and have chased them multiple occasions over the phone and email and still no response. I had a valuation completed 2 months ago and it is due to expire in a month
Any advise or tips?
