Branded Surveys deduct points - MSE please update your review

Hello MSE (I am new and do not know how else to raise this),
Branded Surveys are operating a policy of deducting points for data quality reasons they refuse to disclose. This apparently can include filling in a survey too quickly, which is nonsense given the majority of the surveys they have offered me are already full up of are filled up part way through a survey. The other reasons are actual data quality - but I am pretty sure this is not the case.
I now understand non-payment seems common with other survey sites, but point deduction without reason/justification seems like a counter productive measure that should be clear upfront and would put users off joining their site.
Can you also note their survey filtering is useless. Despite apparently filtering on age, you will get disqualified from the majority of surveys that are not already full up - if you are retirement age.
The site also fails to help you track surveys which have failed to reward you (even you complete the survey).
They do offer small refunds for issues, but this makes reporting and tracking failed surveys much harder.
