Re mortgage for £30k

Can anyone advise where I can get a good rate for the above and what would  be the repayment monthly

    The monthly repayment will be depend on the term that the mortgage will be repaid
     Impossible to give even an estimated figure without this

    • Going through Divorce 
    • Agreed 60/40 as the have a son
    • £14k Mortgage outstanding if this is cleared will it affect the D81 form
    • As been asked for consent from the lender by the landlord then this will not be required? As Mortgae is cleared 
    • TR1 Why is this required

    ? As solicitors are involved thus they do have not the need to ask if clear the balance of Mortg will affect the form in question.
