sports bras for 40+ ladies (and I DON'T mean age!)

I am a 40E. I am trying to find a sports bra that fits, is comfortable and doesn't cost a fortune. I don't want a mono boob style or underwired. I would like support & wicking. It would be nice if it was white to go under my tee shirts, cos I actually feel too self conscious to wear just a madly coloured bra whilst doing my exercise. Is this too much to ask? Where can I go - I've tried the usuals, Sweaty Betty don't go up to my size, nor does Lululemon - who say they do, but never stock, M&S say they do them (but also never actually stock them - instore or online). I've also tried JD sports. Please help if you know of somewhere - honestly I'm fed up ordering online and returning. I have been measured up and am sure of my measurements - I just can't find what I'm looking for.

There is a brilliant shop in Altrincham called Betty & Belle. They give really helpful, personal service (I’ve no connection with them other than as a happy customer). If you’re not close enough to visit they also sell online, and anything not in stock they will order for you. I’m sure that if you phoned them they’d be able to advise you.2

Try Bravissimo - great shops with fitting plus online ordering plus catalog. They go up to 40. Happy customer.2

Have you looked at Shock Absorber bras? I'm not sure what your budget per bra is, but a classic sports bra in white or black is £35.
Alternatively, in stock right now on the M&S site in your size are these:

Personally, as a 34E if I want separation, I tend to go for the underwired sports bras in M&S. I have these ones https://www.marksandspencer.com/2pk-high-impact-underwired-sports-bras-a-e/p/clp60535658#intid=pid_pg1pip4g4r1c2
Otherwise, it's a strap-it-down (mono-boob) arrangement (also M&S usually) which I find better for high-impact activities.

super replies folks - thank you - I'll get onto them all and do some research. I live in Northern Ireland and there is a dearth of this type of shop. I was in Leicester last week and tried to find somewhere but that wasn't successful either. It was actually my hubby suggested posting on here. Drat, I'm gonna have to tell him he was right.0
