1. This Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK, 18 years of age and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble and its affiliates and agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion. 

2. No purchase required.

3. Only one entry per person. Entries only valid on original entry form. No bulk or thirty party entries accepted.

1. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received or incomplete.

2. All valid entries received by 23:59 pm on 9th August 2023 will be entered into a prize draw and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will the main prize, while the next 100 will win a runner up prize.

 

Main Prize – Trip for 2 to Los Angeles, USA (4-night hotel stay in Los Angeles)– Terms and Conditions

Dates of travel are Thursday - Monday from 30th November 2023 – 18th November 2024, excluding local and American holidays. This travel period cannot be amended or extended. 

• Winners will forfeit the prize if they fail to travel before on or before 18th November 2024. 

• A minimum of sixty days’ notice is required before the chosen departure date. 

• Prize has no cash alternative, is non-transferable and non-refundable. 

• Once the trip is booked no changes are permitted. 

• At least one person travelling must be aged 18 or over. 

• Hotel is based on two people sharing one room. The hotel will take a credit card pre-authorisation or cash deposit to cover any incidentals. 

• Return economy flights from London to Los Angeles included. 

• Winner and his/her guest are solely responsible for all other meals and expenses not specifically set forth herein.

 • Winner and his/her guest must have and are responsible for valid e-passports (biometric) and visas/permissions if applicable. 

• Winner and his/her guest must possess a valid ESTA issued via the US Visa Waiver programme: https://esta.cbp.dhs.gov. Only winners/guests with valid visas do not require this. 

• Travel insurance is included, but pre-existing conditions are not covered. You are advised to seek independent insurance cover in these circumstances. 

• Winners and guest travel at their own risk and, if for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic, or any other kind of disaster, tampering or computer virus, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority. 

• Except for the one guest permitted as part of your prize, you are not allowed to bring any additional family members or guests on the Prize trip. Your guest may not be selected through any further contest, promotion, or commercial event. You and your guest must travel on the same itinerary from London Heathrow airport. Once selected, your guest may not be changed without the express consent of Performance Entertainment, which Performance Entertainment may grant or withhold in its sole discretion. 

• Any potential winner and his/her proposed guest will be required to sign a prize acceptance and release form in order to be eligible to win and/or participate in the prize.

1. The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged. There is no cash alternative.  Only one winner per household.

2. The main prize winner will be contacted by email or phone within 10 working days of the promotion closing date. Upon acceptance of the prize, they will be given the contact details of Performance Entertainment Ltd which organises the holiday prize. In the event the claim for a prize is not received within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please allow 16 days for email confirmation including contact details of the agency organising the holiday prize after prize claim being received. 

3. The promoter will pass on the contact information of the agency arranging the holiday for the winner. All agreements on dates and travel times are between the winner and the agency organising the holiday prize.  

4. The runner up prize winners will be contacted by email within 40 days of the promotion closing date to. They will be informed about their win and given 5 working days to update their address details before their prize is shipped. Please allow 16 days for delivery after prize notification.

6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.

Yes, me.  It won't move on from the submit button. I've tried Chrome and Edge. I tried logging into the site and that let me but will not submit on this comp.  Also I can't find the comp on the site.
