Terms and Conditions

1. The competition ends on 31st August 2023 at 23:59

3. By entering the Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
4. Entry Instructions: Please provide your email address to enter the competition so we can contact you if you win
5. You also have the chance to opt into marketing communications from Micro Scooters Ltd (we don’t spam or share data) and third parties involved in the competition.
6. The winner of the competition will be chosen at random unless stated otherwise and contacted directly using the information provided when they entered the competition.
7. The winner’s contact details will be passed to all partners for the prize fulfilment only, by entering the competition you agree to your details being shared with third parties if you win.
8. The winner must respond within five working days to confirm contact details and address details. If the winner does not, then the competition will be re-drawn at random.
9. Prizes shown in the promotion are subject to availability and may be subject to change.
10. Micro Scooters Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition, the Competition Notice or these Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either within the Competition Notice or these Rules
11. Other than the entry requirements detailed in the competition there is no further action required and accounts that ask you to share further information may be fake and should be ignored.
12. If you are messaged notifying you that you are the winner on any other account before the closing date, then this is fraudulent.
13. The £700 scooter bundle from Micro Scooters can be made up of any scooter combination to the value of £700, excluding personalised. If the bundle chosen by the winner does not total £700, then any difference between value of scooters and £700 will be forfeited. The winner is unable to pay any difference if their prize pot totals more than £700
14. In the event of any dispute regarding the Rules, Competition Notice, conduct, results and all other matters relating to a Competition, the decision of Micro Scooter Ltd shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
15. Prize cannot be in anyway redeemed for cash. The prizes are not transferable and cannot be resold.
16. Eligibility: This prize promotion is open to UK residents (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland) and residents of the Republic of Ireland. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over, excluding employees and their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent and/or “step” family), of The Promoter, associated agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize promotion.
17. Any entries that the Promoter consider (in our absolute discretion) to be dangerous, vulgar, offensive, indecent, illegal racist, copied, offensive, cruel or fraudulent, or infringe on the rights or copyright of others will be immediately disqualified.
18. No third party or bulk entries. If it becomes apparent that either a participant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, multiple email accounts, multiple reproduced or computer-generated entries, using multiple identities, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the promoter or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these participants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
19. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the prize promotion and acceptance of the prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
20. Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions unless the entrant has opted in to future marketing from the Promoter and/or the Supplier. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.

PGL terms and conditions:

PGL Travel Ltd will offer one multi-activity Kids’ Adventure Camp in the UK, to be taken by end of October 2024. The winner will be selected at random. The prize has no cash value and cannot be transferred to an existing booking. Closing date for entries is 23:59 on 31.08.23. Winners will be contacted by PGL to claim their prize. The prize is valid for October Half Term bookings 2023. Competition is subject to standard booking terms and conditions and holiday availability may vary. Participation in this competition is limited to one entry per person. Prize does not include travel to/from centre of choice or travel insurance. No entries will be accepted after the competition period has ended. The winner must respond to PGL’s email within a period of 10 days following the date on which the email is sent for the prize to be claimed. If the winner does not reply within the 10 days period, PGL Travel Ltd reserves the right to award the prize to someone else.
