Who can enter:

The Prize Draws are open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, or are an immediate family member of the same; and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw.

By entering the Prize Draw(s), you confirm the following:

● You are 18 years or over and are a UK resident at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw;

● You do not work for and are not related to anyone who works for ITV;

● You have read and accept these Competitions Portal Seventh Birthday Online Prize Draws terms and conditions;

● You have read and accept the General Terms; and

● If you win, the Promoter may include and/or announce on a television advert, on the Websites, on social media platforms and/or elsewhere at its discretion your full name, general location, details of the prize that you have won and/or correct answers you gave. This is in addition to the Promoter’s rights under clause 9.5 of the General Terms.

Opening/closing date & time:

The Prize Draws open and close for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) as set out below:

· Prize Draw 1 opens for entries at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm on Monday 31 July 2023;

· Prize Draw 2 opens for entries at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm on Tuesday 1 August 2023;

· Prize Draw 3 opens for entries at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm on Wednesday 2 August 2023;

· Prize Draw 4 opens for entries at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm on Thursday 3 August 2023; and

· Prize Draw 5 opens for entries at 10.00am and closes at 5.00pm on Friday 4 August 2023,

(each a “Prize Draw” and together the “Prize Draws”).

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw for each Prize Draw will take place shortly after the Prize Draw closing date and time.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, for each Prize Draw the first seven (7) entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win a prize.

· The first eligible entry drawn at random will win the first prize, the second eligible entry drawn at random will win the second prize and so on until the seventh entry have been drawn.

· For each Prize Draw, the winners will be contacted via text within twenty-four (24) hours after each Prize Draw closing date. The winners will be able to see their prize in their profile on the Website (“ITV WIN Profile”). The winners must redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact. If the winners fail to redeem their prize within twenty-eight (28) days of winner contact, the prize will be forfeited.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided per Prize Draw. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

For each Prize Draw, there are seven (7) prizes as follows:

· The first prize is £500 (five hundred pounds);

· The second prize is £250 (two hundred and fifty pounds)’

· The third prize is £125 (one hundred and twenty-five pounds)’

· The fourth prize is £75 (seventy-five pounds);

· The fifth prize is £50 (fifty pounds);

· The sixth prize is 10 (ten) entry credits; and

· The seventh prize is 100 (one hundred) bonus tokens.

a) Cash Prizes

To claim your prize, go to the ‘Profile’ link at the top of the Website and click ‘Cash Prize’. You can then redeem the Cash Prize in the following ways:

1. Transfer to your Paypal account: ITV will pay the Cash Prize into your Paypal account. To do this, choose the PayPal option and follow the simple steps. You can use a pre-existing PayPal account or create a new one. The Cash Prize balance in your ITV WIN Profile will be set to zero and the money will appear in your PayPal account within forty-eight (48) hours. For further information please go to https://www.paypal.com/uk/smarthelp/PAYPAL_HELP_GUIDE.

2. Convert the Cash Prize into entry credits (“Entry Credits”): you will be able to convert your Cash Prize to Entry Credits when you claim your prize. You may choose from three (3) conversion options: (i) convert £2 for one (1) Entry Credit; (ii) convert £5 for three (3) Entry Credits; or (iii) convert £10 for seven (7) Entry Credits. You will not be able to convert your Cash Prize to Entry Credits if you already have ten (10) or more Entry Credits in your ITV WIN Profile. Your Entry Credits will be the default method for payment when entering into any online paid competition on the Website. If you want, you can split your Cash Prize between cash and Entry Credit(s). To do this, you must first convert your Cash Prize into Entry Credit(s), using one of the three (3) conversion methods described above, up to a maximum value of ten pounds (£10). Any remaining Cash Prize sum will then need to be withdrawn using a Paypal.

b) Entry Credits

Entry Credits can be used to enter any of ITV’s paid online competitions. Entry Credits will be added to your profile in your Account and will be automatically used when you enter your next ITV online paid competition. One Entry Credit is the equivalent of one paid entry, regardless of the cost of entry to the relevant competition.

Please note each Entry Credit will count towards the capping limit for any competition you may wish to enter.

c) Bonus Tokens

Bonus Tokens (“Tokens”) can be used to enter Bonus Tokens competitions on the Website. There will usually be several competitions to choose from, each with different prizes available.
