    Ipswich Hospital, free 30 mins, ANPR, pay before you leave. If you forget to pay, park in ambulance bay etc it's £70 parking charge.I

    We do need evidence like this, of:

    - a sign's message being lost due to dirt

    - signs typically altered by stickers (costs - zero)

    Great evidence that deterrent value is not 'all about the money'.  Far from it.

    More signs with stickers and this time no £sum specified (at all) on or near the tariff list at the (broken) machines at Ealing Hospital.

    - The new machine is obliterating the sign.

    - the bin is also covering the terms

    - there are white stickers on the right hand sign:



    - one sign mentions parking charges but no £



    I expect the £PCN is £60 like most NHS Trusts but who knows?!

    Riiiight...in what circumstances and how much?!  Where's the prominent contract?

    NO DETERRENT VALUE AT ALL.

    And they waived charging for a couple of weeks at least according to the article.
    No fees, tariffs, PCNs or rules.

    Was carmageddon reported to have ensued?  Errrm...no.
