Ps5, Argos & TopCashback

Hey, anyone seen topcashback is advertising cashback on top of argos discounts, and the picture shows a Ps5... Meaning the PS5 disc edition at £389 + cashback would be a great deal...(especially new customer 10%) But here's my question. Even though the pic shows a PS5 and is on offer as per the 'description' of cashback...the t&cs still say, cashback will be voided if a XBox Series or PS5 is purchased?
Has anyone any experience? Will I get cashback or not? Ps5 isn't exactly money saving, so buying at the best price overall is important if going to purchase.
