Mortgage End Of Term?

Hi my mortgage is coming to its end of term could I delay due date of final payment for 2 weeks as sufficient funds available then? Realise extra costs possible for final payment.

    Your lender is the only one that can answer that...
    In the current climate and for such a short delay I'd hope they would agree, but they don't have to of course...
    Even if they agree, make sure you understand what they are going to put on your credit report as they are still entitled to show it as a late payment...
