30 Hours Childcare with 100k salary

I understand that if at least one of the parents is making more than 100k per year then we are no longer qualify for the childcare allowance (15 or 30hrs).
My question is: Is that limit before any salary sacrifices or after? For example if I pay the amount I make over 100k into my private pension (which is done before taxes) would I qualify for the 30hrs childcare help?
Thank you!

If you or your partner have an expected ‘adjusted net income’ over £100,000 in the current tax year, you will not be eligible.
