Non-perk "perks"

Options
As usual job agencies send me roles every now and then and sometimes I have a look, most the time I just reply thanks but no thanks etc.

Had a look at one that was sent yesterday and listed under "Employee Benefits" was:
  • Fully trained first aiders (on site only)
Now that's a legal requirement and so really think they are scraping the bottom of the barrel if they think that's a benefit of working from them... surprised they didn't list that the building has a fire escape!

It seems they aren't alone though and many companies give the statutory minimum holidays or SSP etc and yet claim its a perk of being their employee... what's the worst thing you've seen claimed to be a benefit of being their employee?

We offered a pension plan! Now, when employer would match employee contributions above the minimum, up to a generous (!) 1% above the employer minimum, there was perhaps something to say. But when legal minimum increased on both sides that was it: we offered a pension plan into which the employer would pay the legal minimum.
