Before claiming a reward from this website, it seems you now have to provide extra verification.
You need to provide driving licence or passport, with photo ID before you are allowed to claim your reward.
Has anyone else experienced this, as I am reluctant to provide this information due to security reasons. V O often ask for verification by sending a code to your mobile, Surely this should be enough.

That's crazy. I wouldn't want to give that info eitherI deleted my account a few months back as found they had really gone downhill (and I'd been a long time user) Seemed to get constantly screened out and took too long to reach reward payouts. Can't say I've missed it and with your comments it reinforces my decision was correct!0

Thanks for replying.
I can't see why they should need this information. Have been using V O for several years now, and never had a problem.1 -
Wonder if they are anything to do with this lot

Perhaps they have money laundering concerns because they pay out so much (£1,000 a survey?)
Customer due diligence requirements
What customer due diligence is
Customer due diligence means taking steps to identify your customers and checking they are who they say they are. In practice this means obtaining a customer’s:
- name
- photograph on an official document which confirms their identity
- residential address and date of birth

I wonder whether all survey companies will start doing this?
Have been a member of V O for several years, and never had problems receiving rewards previously.0 -
Yes i provided it and then next thing banned from withdrawing but can still take surveys.0

@bengalknights Thanks for replying. Not much point doing the surveys if you're unable to redeem rewards.
Not sure what to do.0
