Class 3 NI Credit Submitted forms disappeared from Website

I submitted my forms in January and they showed on tax service website as in progress.
For the last month I cannot see them. The credits have not be added to my pension.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Is it worth trying to telephone?
Submit new forms?
Or continue to wait?

My form CF83 also disappeared at some point - it had a projected date of completion and was marked as delayed before it vanished. Given that old forms are regularly taken off of the tracking page I can only assume that the delays are longer than the possible delay period programmed into the tracking page - so the tracking page thinks the delays are shorter than they actually are and deletes the tracking for a form before all the work is done.
