CCJ on land registry

Hi, I’m looking for some advice. I have recently looked at my land registry documents and there is a CCJ against the property from 1998. This was placed on the property by Lowell Portfolio 1 Ltd. I contacted them and they said that the do not have an account in my name. I have no knowledge of this debt nor have I been contacted by Lowell. I have requested information from them but they are now ignoring my emails after contacting them various times via email and on the phone. I wish to find out where this debt has originated from. I am I trending to send them a subject access request but I am unsure as to whether they need to supply me with the originating creditor information. This is holding up me getting a new mortgage and the rates are going up daily. Any advice will be greatly received. Many thanks
