Mortgage application with Synetic Solutions records

I have 5 records on the database at Synetic Solutions, all with a status of clear. I know that a refer status can be an issue with credit applications but can't seem to find out any information about clear ones.
Does anyone know if these are likely to cause an issue with a mortgage application?
