Residential Management Group (RMG) - Ground Rent Increase

Hey all.
Currently have an offer agreed + offer from the lender. Currently going the two sets of solicitors are working through enquiries but the only one which worries us slightly is there's an increase in ground rent like every dozen or so years within the lease of the property.
Lender in question is Natwest so we should have no issue getting Indemnity Insurance if push came to shove.
Just wondered if anyone's dealt with RMG in recent times on a similar case? The leaseholder is actually Countryside Properties who seem somewhat flexible in terms of removing the silly ground rent increases.
Only 3 in the chain thankfully so this shouldn't cause too many issues but any recent experiences with them would appreciated.
