My condition has further deteriorated and the suitable descriptors would give me an extra points to receive enhanced daily. But;is there any way to achieve this without a full reassessment, where I could in theory lose everything ?

No, there's no way around this other than to report a change of circumstances. This will prompt more forms to be sent and another assessment is most likely. Once a decision is made your award could either stay the same, be decreased, increased or stopped completely.

You must have also had the worsening of condition for at least 3 months and expect it to last at least a further 9 months.

I love a good fight, but with pip it’s all or nothing in my experience.
How long until your next review.
Would it be worth waiting and fight once not twice.
Whatever you choose fight fight fight.

There won't be any real world experience with those yet.
My thoughts are the light touch is if it stays the same, then that is possible just tick boxes and that is it.
If you report a change then that could trigger a reassessment as want to find out how those changes affect a person. But it's only a guess as no one has had a light touch yet.

Although there's no experience of those light touch reviews yet, they are introducing the AR2 form from August 2023 for the light touch reviews. See link. https://www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/news/pip-ar2-light-touch-review-form,-details-and-sample-copy
