ACI wont accept less than £10pm

Hi all. I need some advice please. I approached ACI asking to set up a repayment plan but it seems they will accept no less than £10 per month.
I was hoping to set up a token payment plan for starters of only 1or £ 2 by Standing order so I can increase payments once every creditor is set up. The other creditor has accepted the £1 repayment pm offer.
ACI do seem to be particularly difficult to deal with.
Is there any advice on the approach. How I can get them to accept my token payment without the threat of further action.

Thank you
