Irresponsible lending

Hi after some advice please so I posted on here few month ago as I received a letter from Barclays partner finance to say they were doing a review of a loan from 9 year ago as they may not have carried out correct affordability checks and as for me to fill out a form stating if received any financial difficulties  because of this loan which I did and I made them aware they said they would do a review and write to me within 90 days which they have now done they have advised correct checks were not carried out and apologised and are going to pay me £75 as they have now made me aware this was irresponsible lending should I complain as the financial services state all interest paid plus 8% should be paid or would I not have a right to complain because it was so many years ago.
Thanks for any advice
