Denby from Amazon

Have just had an email to say that I won't be getting the Denby place settings I ordered via a thread here. (That I now can't find) I think they were £13 for 4 pieces and i ordered 4 sets to be delivered after christmas.
Has anyone else received theirs?
The email also says that if I ordered anything else I may now have to pay for delivery which in my case would be for a book that is already delivered...
Shame, I was looking forward to having matching crockery for a change:o .

I ordered 8 Denby dinner plates about 5 weeks ago, again from Amazon.
Four arrived within a week - fine.
I received a further plate 2 weeks later. But when I opened the box, it wasn't the design I'd ordered. Eventually I got someone from Amazon on the phone as their website was having problems. I was told I could keep the 'wrong' plate and a correct one would be despatched FOC, asap.
Last week the replacement plate arrived.
Are you still with me? I now had 5 correct ones, and one with a different pattern.
I've since received an email to say the other 3 plates have an Estimated Despatch of 30/1/08 - 15/2/08.

Sorry to hear your problems OP. I ordered 4 sets of the Denby Jet black on the 4 for the price of 3 deal.All 4 sets arrived within a week. The final set I opened had a chipped tea plate, I emailed amazon and they sent me a complete replacement set immediately.
Full marks to Amazon for their customer service on this one.

Anyone got a denby complete set delivered yet?

Mine was supposed to be dispatched yesterday.

Got email to say it will be delayed now.

Hope it comes as is out of stock now.........
