Quick question

Hi,
I have been to to cccs and I have to return all the details of income and what we earn by 30th dec. I have written the token payment letter but not sent them, would it be a good idea to ask for proof of owing the money? My debts are for over drafts, credit cards and one catologe.
Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!

  • I'm really sorry, I have no idea, but this may bump up the thread so someone else can help.
From reading other threads, I don't think that credit agreements apply to overdrafts, so I don't think it will do much good there, as for the ccs and catalogue - anyone?

  • Depends, if you know you owe the money, and it is not very old, then it will be rather futile, as the documents will be readily available. It will only apply to the CC anyway

  • Does any of your debt include bank charges etc ? Have you cca request them yet ? It is worth every penny. If they cannot produce a agreement then you can ask them for a copy of the terms and conditions that you signed.
