Natural/Organic Mattress

Anyone have much knowledge about natural/oorganic matresses, thinking about buying one but they seem to vary from £500 to £2.5k. Is there much difference between them, how can I decide the best value for money? Don't want to say spend £2k only to discover that it is no different to the £500 one.

What size mattress do you need?
We like our Vispring which is pocket springs with wool, cotton and horsehair stuffing. You get a choice of covering materials and I cannot remember what we went for but they have purely natural material options if you want. Prices can get way above your top number if you look at an Emperor size (7'x7')1 -
I have a hand me down woolroom too. Best mattress every. Wouldn't want to know how much it cost brand new. How about a secondhand one?1
