Remortgage with transfer of equity at same time

As per the title question, does anyone have any experience of the timescales involved in the transfer of equity part relating to remortgage.  Myself/wife are divorcing (all friendly and easy to sort when we need to sign things).

I know a standard remortgage can be up to 6 weeks tops but this transfer bit is the unknown.

There's a physical form that needs to be signed by the person leaving the deeds during conveyancing.

From a timeline point of view, I don't think there's anything else that is terribly different to a normal remortgage.
