Hello,
I am in receipt of SRP from 06/01/2020. I do not receive full SRP (shortfall of £10.02 per week). I am advised by future pension forecast dept that paying any additional contribution will NOT increase my pension. I was contracted out for a period of my working life (12 years) therefore I cannot qualify for any additional years to boost my pension.
Is this correct?

Perhaps better posted on the Pension board.

Perhaps a board guide could move it.

Where you paying NI from April 2016 to April 2019 ?
Alice Holt Forest situated some 4 miles south of Farnham forms the most northerly gateway to the South Downs National Park.

I've put in a request for this to be moved to the 'Topping up your state pension' sub-board.
But as Alice says, to answer your question we'd need to know if you have any NI years that are not full, especially those after 2016.
Check your National Insurance record - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)

If you were working right up to SPA then you won't be able to boost the amount. But if you have any post-2016 gaps then making voluntary contributions to fill two of them should result in an increase.
