NatWest Mortgage Application

Hi all,
Currently going through a NatWest mortgage application (86% LTV) and somewhat unexpectedly they have requested bank statements for ALL current accounts, as opposed to just my main bank account.
The problem is my second current account is what I use for sports gambling, forex, crypto etc., and there are consistent transactions throughout the month, ranging from £10 to £200 going in/out the account. There is NO link between my main account (where my salary paid) and this account. I haven’t made a transfer in to this account in more than 6 months.

Do you think the mortgage will be declined because of this second account? I suspect it will but would like to hear about others experiences.
