Pension letter, never heard of them?!

Good morning everyone, I've had this letter out of the blue.I have my company pension which I've had for years but nothing to do with this lot?
Never had another job and taken out another pension, is this a scam?
Should I try and sign in? (although I don't have the details)
My colleagues who worked at the same company with me haven't received this so not really sure what to do?
Any advice appreciated.
John

Get in touch with their Customer Service and double-check, I would say. It is a legitimate pension company, and the CS information at the top right is honest.1

It looks legitimate, but you could contact them via the website first. You can sign in as they have given you your customer number, although you should probably edit your post to redact that on a public forum.1

A quick google search brought up this on the Which? website.

Most likely they have just mixed you up with someone with a similar name. I note that they say they tried to contact by e mail but it did not work.
Pension providers have a ongoing problem in that many customers do not update contact details, and they have to try and locate them the best way they can.0 -
they are legitimate - indeed I have met Kevin in my professional engagement with them.
As to whether you have an account with them - this might be from previous rather than current employer.0
