    after a few minutes texting mates, i've allocated all the spare tix, including giving one to a friend who's travelling from burnley, so the hotel is useful after all. also, having ventured outide a little earlier, the cold wether made me grateful that I wont be having to find a taxi/wait for the bus in the wee hurs of sunday morning! :)

    Update: I've also just checked my email to find I've won a year'ssubscription to a designer Handbag Hire company (7.50 per month) but it seems you have to pay a rental fee on top of this for the bags themselves, so not sure how much use I'll get out of it. Still, I think I will treat myself to a week or so with one at least, just for the privilege :)
