don't have children , plan for them. And move area to somewhere cheaper and jobs! . i want to be living in a large house with 50 acres. But i understand i cannot have that and it is not something i am automatically entitled too.Sg28 said:
The problem is most first time buyers are at the age where they either already have or will soon have kids. Buying a 1 bed "starter home" isnt going to be any good.
Even those sorts of houses near me are £250k+ now.
