Loveholidays won't acknowledge second bag already paid for

Hi All, I booked a holiday for 2 to Turkey through Love holidays. The issue is they only say that I booked 1 checked in luggage £96 return. However looking at the screenshot when booking the price for luggage is £96 per person
Now the final total paid is double the per person price, meaning I paid £96 x 2. So effectively it is two checked in luggage. Loveholidays are adamant that I havent paid for a second bag. I asked them to account for the extra £96 paid. The screenshot you see is self explanatory and I sent it to them. I was told that it has been escalated and will receive a call from a supervisor within 72 hours which has long past. Advice - Who do I complain to? They are not a member of ABTA.

Could it be £96 for each trip - one out and one coming back?0

I suspect the issue is because of the way it is displayed...the total of the holiday is £2,652.16 which they have just divided by the number of passengers to show half the amount. (Often see people with issues thinking they have been charged full price for a child as the total was just divided by the number travelling rather than giving a cost per adult and cost per child)
ATOL is £2.50 per person so the £5 showing is already the total for two passengers
If you run through a dummy booking you will see the price before you add the extras...the baggage on my dummy booking showed as £47 each way so added on £94 to the total price...which then is divided by two when showing the price per person
eg holiday £2,000 would show as £1,000 per person
add on one bag @ £94 and the total is now £2,094 which shows as £1,047 per person (but you have only bought one bag)

Impossible to tell from that screenshot, you need a breakdown of the charges which will be before you get to that screen
will you return to your thread though0
