Overtime/salary

I am finally going to be apying for bankruptcy next month or September.
I have recently been doing overtime to stay afloat and manage unexpected expenses etc.
With a change in my circumstances with my child I will no longer be able to any overtime so my next 2 payslips will be my basic salary.
How will this work for calculating my income for an IPA, I don't believe I will be on an IPA however I know my expenses may not agree with OR.
My worry is will my past payslips with overtime be included as regular income when I will no longer be getting it once I will get a chance to explain to the OR about this?
To be prepared how much past bank statements will I need to send or will they have access to my accounts to see direct?
Thank you
