Welcome finance / mortgage charge
Took out a secure loan 2007 repaid 2010
Now trying to sell property and Welcome have never remov3d rhe security charge against the property with the Scottish land registry
Our conveyancer says they can di nothing about this and refer me to another solicitor at a cost of £2400 to apply to court to remove this has anyone had a similar issue

First try to get in touch with Welcome.
