Hi.
I have applied for mortgage as a self-employed, offer issued.
I need to register for VAT, does it affect application?
No changes in circumstances, just reached treshold and I need to register.

As long as the effective date of the VAT registration does not mean you have to restate any of the financial information you have provided in support of your mortgage application, there should be no impact that I am aware of...

Hopefully you mean your turnover soared over the VAT threshold, as there is no threshold on profits...
