Yep!

A Screen Grab is where you hit "Print Screen" (Next to Scroll Lock Usually). This will then take a snapshot of the screen, and dump it to the clipboard.

Then go to Paint/Word/What Ever, and click Paste. Abra Cadabra - A copy of what was on screen when you pressed Print Screen!
