    You might find this useful.....

However to offer any other useful advice some background to your claim is needed.

Sorry but I don't reply to private messages on forums.

You have no means of knowing the experience or qualifications of anybody who replies, so I feel it is important that all advice is given on the forum. That way anybody who feels the advice is wrong can reply and explain why they feel that to be the case.

I will just say this, have you received any professional legal advice that suggests you have a valid claim and, if so, does it have enough value to warrant pursuing? ACAS is not a substitute for proper legal advice.

Remember, the legal requirement for the employer to make "reasonable adjustments" only applies is you have a disability and does not apply if your illness / sickness is not, legally, a disability.

I understand your concern about putting too many details on the forum. If you post what you feel you can I am sure a number of members, including me, will reply.

    Thank you m8

I had some consultation with legal advisers, and they think I have a case ...the thing is I have not enough income to hire them, and I think even of things go my way will be not much worth it .. I just believe that they could have helped a bit more and better.. I might be wrong but as I started with acas and they believe I have a case as well. I  am going forward with tribunal by compliting the form myself ... just trying to seek some advise so I don't make any stupid mistake in compliting the forms.
  • As a Litigant in Person, you may wish to read the advice in the booklet linked below. There is certainly nothing to lose in having a look.

ACAS advise on process and will not / should not give an opinion on the merits of your claim. I would take whatever you heard with a pinch of salt.
