My panasonic breadmaker blade

Wll - it comes off during the process and is in the middle of the loaf. Didnt happen the first time i used it but has the 4 times since.
I have read through the manual and cant find refrence to it and have followed instructions to put it on. It says it should touch the bottom,.... but does not quite,

I had that problem too before I realised that a bit of old dough had stuck up the bit that goes over the spindle.
    Yes I know ....... gross!

Cough, cough - not all breadmakers are girls! ;)

As has been said, you need to remove the baked on bread around the spindle so that the paddle sits low in the pan. I do this by putting a small amount of cold water in (I believe you are not supposed to immerse the pan in water), and using a plastic brush to remove the caked on stuff. The water softens it in seconds. Make sure it is a plastic brush as you don't want to damage any of the non-stick surfaces.

No problem - my reply was strictly tongue in cheek!

    Hope it works for you.
