Bluestone Mortgages and the Mortgage Charter

Does anyone here that’s in the know have any information about whether Bluestone Mortgages are going to participate in the new Mortgage Charter the government have agreed.
I can see they’re not one of the lenders that signed agreement on 23 June. However, I’m interested to know if they’re going to offer customers who are up-to-date with payments the option to switch to a new mortgage deal at the end of their existing fixed rate deal without another affordability check.
I know they don’t currently offer retention deals. I just wondered if anyone knows if that’s something they will start to offer.

They have been working on it for a while and now they are owned by Shawbrook bank it is probably increasingly likely they will offer something but I am not sure when it will kick in.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
