Received nationwide offer - do i need to confirm it or is that it?

Hi All, I've received the offer letter text and a day later through the post.

Nothing suggests I need to sign and return anything but just double checking whether I need to confirm something by signing and returning a form? this is just a standard new mortgage.

If they don't ask you to, then no - normally there is nothing and "acceptance" is the completion of the mortgage via the solicitors.

You don’t need to sign and return anything, you are now just awaiting exchange of contracts and completion and they will be in touch with your broker and solicitors.
