Thanks, I’m just going to use the phone number they provided in the email as a way to get in touch them. As the last thing I want is to ring a different number for many hours to be told I’ve rang the wrong one.

At least then I’ve done nothing wrong.
  • On your email letter sent the 1st July were the back account details given to send a payment your own account details?

Received this email… obviously can’t say it applies to everyone but

    Good Afternoon Mr ******

I tried to contact you today regarding your concerns over a direct debit letter you have received.

We are aware of a small number of customers impacted by the change over in direct debit. Its likely your payment will be taken over the next few days, just slightly later this month.

You will not encounter any detriment due to a delay in taking the payment. Any communications indicating they are, may have been received in error. We apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Thank you. We actually managed to talk to someone and they confirmed what your email stated and our direct debit has been taken this morning!

this person is very helpfull there (Removed by Forum Team)
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
