Thanks, I’m just going to use the phone number they provided in the email as a way to get in touch them. As the last thing I want is to ring a different number for many hours to be told I’ve rang the wrong one.

At least then I’ve done nothing wrong.

On your email letter sent the 1st July were the back account details given to send a payment your own account details?

Thank you. We actually managed to talk to someone and they confirmed what your email stated and our direct debit has been taken this morning!
