Possibly the wrong part of the forum, but Clearscore sent me an email.
A new soft search , carried out by HL. Now, I'm assuming this is Hargreaves Lansdown. I have a SIPP with them, and have had for a long time. Anyone know why they would do a search?

Anyone know why they would do a search?A soft search can be a catchall for a number of things. Including electronic identification checks, AML checks etc. These can be run on a frequency rather than one-off.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
