Solar install Tuesday, not sure what to do about supplier

We are currently on SVR with EDF on a new smart meter installed in April with a £100 credit incentive from EDF to install. Friday 4.55pm I received a phone call from the solar company we were expecting to install our solar system at the start of next month. Can they come and do it on Tuesday as they'd had a cancellation. You're right, I got through and was answered quite quickly. The lady confirmed their system hadn't been updated although the national register showed we no longer have E7, she updated her system and I was able to sign up online. Should become a customer tomorrow.
